The Team Sprayers Compact 90 MKII is a robust 90-liter capacity applicator designed for easy mounting on most 2 to 6 row automatic potato planters. Its primary function is to efficiently apply chemicals to the soil in furrows during the planting of seed potato tubers. The unit comprises a 90-liter tank along with a 15-liter clean water flushing tank. Equipped with a 12-volt twin cylinder diaphragm pump featuring a pressure regulating valve, suction and pressure line filters, and a control center, it ensures precise application. The in-cab control box facilitates easy operation with options for main pump on/off, warning lights for front and rear nozzles, along with an optional audible warning and nozzle off-on-auto spray mode.

Powered by a 12-volt D.C twin diaphragm pump, this system efficiently draws liquid from both the main and flushing tanks as required. Pressure regulation is managed via a manual relief valve, with excess liquid returning to the main tank for agitation. A 12-volt solenoid valve controls the liquid flow to the control center, where flow meters monitor each nozzle individually. Should the flow of liquid through a nozzle drop or become blocked, a warning light appears on the main control box with an optional buzzer, enabling the operator to promptly address the issue by selecting the correct nozzle for cleaning. This system ensures precise and efficient application of chemicals while providing intuitive controls and alerts for optimal performance during potato planting operations.
