Tong Engineering presents the TPD720 Destoner, a compact and efficient solution designed for effective removal of stones from crops. This destoning system boasts a low maintenance design, featuring soil/stone removal and crop discharge elevators to ensure reliable separation. Stones are efficiently removed by separating floating crop and sinking stones, delivering a high level of precision in stone removal. The TPD720 is customizable to suit various throughput requirements, making it suitable for a wide range of agricultural applications.
Equipped with a powerful 3KW separation pump with electronic speed adjustment, the TPD720 offers optimal performance. It features a 700mm wide Product Web Elevator with a 10mm gap between bars, complete with a dirty water spraying system for enhanced cleaning. Additionally, a 500mm wide Stone Web Elevator, available in mild and stainless steel options, ensures efficient stone removal. All components are conveniently housed in a common tank with a self-contained electric panel, offering ease of operation and maintenance. For semi-automatic operation, an optional valve, pipe work, and pump with a float switch are available.
