SEED CUTTING LINE

This year, we had the opportunity to complete a new seed cutting line for Cherry Hill Coolstores in Latrobe. The project combined Tong handling equipment with Milestone cutting machinery, allowing us to deliver a high-efficiency and robust facility tailored to Cherry Hill’s growing needs.
Cherry Hill’s continual growth has proven to be both innovative and sustainable, and it’s been fantastic to support another Tasmanian business that shares our commitment to quality and progress.
We were also fortunate to have hands-on assistance from Tong Engineering, with two team members travelling all the way from Europe to ensure the best possible outcome. A big acknowledgment goes to Alan, Scott, Tom, and Jaymee, whose hard work and attention to detail were key in bringing this project to life — continuing to uphold the Dobmac standard of excellence.
About a month after the line was up and running, we had the privilege of touring the facility once again — this time alongside a couple of representatives from Milestone in the USA. It was great to see Connor (Cherry Hill’s General Manager) and his team in full swing, showcasing the system in action and the impressive results it’s delivering right here in Tasmania.
